We had a massive waste back-up, flooding 2 bathrooms. Roto-Rooter plumber and cost estimator came out right away and ran a camera into my waste pipe outside the footer of my house, nearest the city sewer. The hole in the footer, left by the original contractor was far too large and oak roots had grown through the hole below the pipe and raised it several inches, thereby causing the next joint, under the slab to drop, forming a belly in the pipe causing solids to back up. The garage floor had to be cut all the way across. The job was done very cleanly and with minimum mess. The concrete removed and the pipe dug up all the way to the city sewer connection. All concrete and cast iron pipe was removed from the site by the workers. The pipe was replaced with the proper PVC and the back fill and concrete repair was then done.
