Excellent service from Roto Rooter! I had a pressure valve replaced and the Mat was on time, courteous and fast. We even got a complimentary gallon of pipe shield fluid. Great job!

We had a clogged laundry room drain on the weekend. I scheduled online and Dustin Howell responded. He arrived on time, fixed our drain and then offered some advice on how to avoid the problem in the future. He also left us a complimentary bottle of Roto-Rooter's enzymatic drain cleaner. Excellent service. more

My aunt lives in Wexford and was having some leaking faucets. I called root rooter and they were there very quickly and fixed her leaking faucet very efficiently. Should I need a plumbing again I would be sure to call roto-rotor more

Last Friday night Brooke (#1552) responded to an emergency call at my home regarding our bathroom. My disabled mother resides with me, and having only one bathroom can be a challenge, especially when it is not functioning. Brooke responded very promptly, was extremely courteous and simply a joy to work with. Should I have any more plumbing issues I will definitely call Roto-rooter and I will ALWAYS request Brooke! more

I called Roto-Rooter for services provided in Bethel Park PA after trying to figure out why our kitchen sink/Garbage disposal was backing up into our laundry tub with standing water and food into the tub. After trying to figure it out ourselves we decided to give them a try, we are so glad we did. Brooke was very professional and knowledgeable, I asked a lot of questions and she took her time to explain everything to me and most importantly was able to fix our problem same day. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future should I need any of their services. more

Roto rooter was able to schedule an appt when I was available on Saturday at no extra charge and they arrived within the two hour time frame they promised. Ozzie was knowledgeable and efficient. He opened my sump pump drain quickly and was neat and respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers to avoid getting my home dirty. Thanks ozie. I appreciate your good service. more

Today I had to call a plumber to come in and unclog my main house drain and I was not thrilled about this. I decided to go with Roto-rooter because their competitor was not servicing 'commercial properties' I rent my home so that is what they consider it. Roto rooter was quick to respond and they came out and took care of the clog and provided me with addition suggestions on how to keep my drains clean moving forward. the Plumber that came in Vince 579 was great to work with and I would definitely use their services again if I need to. more

I had problem changing bathtub spout. Everyone was telling me it's easy to replace so I tried myself and of course it's not easy.. I was afraid if I might break the pipe so I decid to call professional. Turn out my ex put some type of glue between the pipe and spout when he replaced it last time and plumber had to cut the copper pipe and replace it... vince (579) was the plumber and he was very friendly and fixed the problem in no time.. thank you.. I will recommend rotor rooter to any one. more

Called Sunday night, scheduled for 10 to 1 am Sunday night. Got call back, needed to reschedule to Monday morning. Did so, showed up as promised and unclogged my sewer drain. Tech. C.Provenzo worked hard, was professional. I live on Cheswick Ave in Cheswick. Will use service again if needed. more

I called on a Saturday evening aftew my sewer backed up in the basement. The technician came promptly Sunday morniing, and fortunately the snake got things going again. He scoped the line and I could see that the condition on the line, and I will need to replace it sometime in the future, but I'm good for now. The technician was professional and got the job done. Service was somewhat pricey, but things were taken care of ASAP and I know the condition of my line after seeing it myself through the scope. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

I had a backed up toilet and tub and its a few days before Thanksgiving. Well I am thankful that I called Roto-Rooter at 756 Brownsville Road. Vince #579 was my technician and he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very friendly. He explained everything to me. He really cares about the customer and in helping people. He worked hard and the drain runs free..yay! I will definitely recommend Roto-Rooter at this location and Vince #579 for his dedication to getting the job done and done right! Bless your heart Vince! I had a blocked up tube drain that I have done everything I could think of to open it. Last step was to call the professionals. I called Roto Rooter (756 Brownsville pgh, pa) Devan was right out to help take care of it. He was very kind, patient and professional. I have to say this was the best backed up drain I ever had to deal with. more

Ryan came out on Sunday morning to check a clog in the main basement sewer line. He snaked the drain but this did not initially seem to help the problem. He was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the pipe with the See Snake camera. Great tool! He found the problem and patiently worked the clog out of the drain as I watched on the monitor. His patience and skill enabled a successful solution to the problem! Highly recommended! more
