Great service! I called on a Sunday and Roto-Rooter sent a plumber out right away at no extra charge. The plumber, Brian, was friendly and efficient. I would definitely used Roto...

we had a clogged sewer line Brain K was our plumber. Brain did an excellent job. He was able to unclog the sewer line. Gave us excellent advise on our sitiuation.. We would highly recommend anyone in the South Bend, Mishawaka even the Michiana area. Thanks to the Roto0Rooter staff. Job well done. more

I had a back up on Thanksgiving Day. The Gentleman on call was kind enough to talk to me about what was happening and we decided I could wait until the next day. He said I would get a call first thing in the morning....and by golly I did! The drain expert came right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He even helped me move things that he shouldn't have had to move. The pricing was reasonable . I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter when it comes to getting your drain cleared more

Very good service from a national chain 6/3/2012

After deciding that I couldn't clear my shower drain myself, on Saturday morning I placed a request for service online. I was contacted about an hour later: they couldn't get a plumber out to me on Saturday, but would 8:30 Sunday morning work? Brian K was precisely on time and had my drain clear within about an hour. I was not charged extra for the weekend or next-day service. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10-15-11 10/15/2011

I needed a toilet reset as the wax seal had deteriorated. I needed someone to come over the weekend and they did not charge extra for that! Paul was the technician and he was fantastic. Very polite and personable. He took care of toilet and everything was back to normal in about 30-45min. We even talked about family and pets, etc while he was here. If I need any future plumbing services I will be calling Roto-Rooter and asking for Paul to come out again! more

No Turkey! 12/5/2009

My drain backed up the day before Thanksgiving. They had someone out within a half hour and saved dinner! They were prompt, professional, and I would use them again!!! more
