Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I came home from work to find my kitchen drain was badly clogged. I contacted Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher had their Service Technician call me. In less than a 1/2 hour, I received a call from Scott saying that he was on his way. The clog was very severe and went 50 feet from the sink. Because of the distance and the configuration of the plumbing the clog was very difficult to break loose. Scott worked throughout the night and was very resourceful to finally get through the clog. He was very courteous and extremely careful to not make a mess or cause any damage. When he finished up he cleaned everything up and offered advise to prevent this from happening again. I would highly recommend Scott and Roto-Rooter for any drain issues that you have. more

We had a main-line leak in a very gnarly location behind our water heater. The repairman spent a great deal of effort just getting to the problem area. I am happy to report the repair job was a success! We have had no further issues and are definitely satisfied with the work completed! We live in older house in the Cincinnati area, and had a clogged main sewer line. Our service man (Russell) was prompt, courteous, and skilled in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I also appreciate his advise on how to prevent/delay the problem from occurring again. I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs, and would recommend Russell in particular. more

We had a clogged sink, which is usually something we can address ourselves by checking the traps under the sink. When that didn't address the issue, we called a few places, but none were able to send someone out the same day. We had quite a few dishes piled up and needed to get the clog addressed immediately, so we called Roto-Rooter. A plumber (Matt #2719) arrived within a few hours. He attempted to clear the drain using a 25 ft. auger...which didn't do the job. Matt was a good sport about it, and brought up a much bigger machine and slaved for about 30 mins, but ultimately got the job done, with no complaints. We'll use Roto-Rooter in the future when these pesky clogs return. more

WE CALLED ROTO-ROOTER LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND THEY HAD A TECH TO OUR HOUSE EARLY SATURDAY. THE TECH THEY SENT WAS DWIGHT. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEGABLE AND OF COURSE HELPFUL. We had three drains that needed clearing out today. I called this morning, and a plumber came out this afternoon. Dan went above and beyond and ended up replacing part of the trap in one of the sinks. He honored the original price quoted. He did excellent work. We live in an older home and call Roto Rooter for all of our plumbing needs. more

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THE TECHNICIAN DID. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE TOOK TIME TO CLEAN OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS, HE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE IN A HURRY TO FINISH. I had a drain clogged out in the middle of the yard, was backing up into the basement. The wife had friends coming over for dinner, I had to do something to get the backup cleared before the party. Andy showed up promptly, and was respectful of our time. Great work, glad to be able to flush the toilets and use the showers again. more

My water heater stopped working early one Saturday afternoon. The seam had ruptured and I had water everywhere. I shut off all the water lines going into and out of the water heater. I quickly began calling around but found that no company would come over the weekend to replace it. I would have to wait until Monday to even get someone to give me an estimate. One company wouldn?t come out until Wednesday. I contacted a friend of mine who told me about Roto-Rooter and what great service he had gotten from them. I immediately called them and talked to an extremely polite service person. She told me someone would be at my house with then next several hours. I figured I?d be waiting all afternoon but to my surprise within a half an hour I was contacted by the technician to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he was able to tell me exactly my options, cost estimates and approximately how long it would take to do the job. I agreed as long as it could be done over the weekend. The job was done promptly, professionally and within the excepted budget. I did not have to take time off of work and could enjoy the rest of my weekend.
