Larry (0837) arrived ready to work and diagnosed the problem that required rooting the kitchen sink drain. He is a Master Plumber and didn't normally do the rooting, but did it anyway for us late on 12/23/09. Using the 3/8 inch rooter didn't open the drain, so he had to use the 1/2 inch a second time and that did the job perfectly. Even though we never poor grease down the drain, Larry showed us that it was blocked by grease from the disposal. We were very pleased with his efforts and diagnosis and would use him again.
