Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/2/2012

So, I had a washing machine that was backing up water into my sink and needed a plumber...FAST! The plumber we used to use had lost my confidence after the last time we used them and I needed to find a new one. I looked in the yellow pages and saw Roto-Rooter in Stoughton, and since I'm a huge fan of Ghost Hunters, I thought I'd try them. Josh, the plumber, was courteous and polite and was a very hard worker. Within an hour, the clog was cleared and I could resume my laundry duties with no more back--ups into my sink. Looks like I have a new plumber! more

I called Roto-Rooter, and they came out the within hours of my call. The technician, Mike, was on time, knowldegeable, friendly, really made the effort to identify and solve the problem, which he did solve, and made me feel comfortable about the job and his abilities. I needed a plumber to fix an existing problem. I called Roto Rooter and spoke with a very kind woman. I made the appointment for the next morning. Tom came out early. He was respectful, kind and professional. He fixed the problem without hesitation. I had him look over the other bathroom for additional problems. He worked very hard and knew his job well. I would recommend Tom/Roto Rooter to anyone that needs a plumber. I am pleased and satisfied with the job that was done. more

Saturday morning crisis, overflowing toilet. I call Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber at the house within 2 hours. Fixed and back to normal in another hour. Professional, courteous service; he expalined what he was going to do. I was called back after my initial call and given a exeact estimate of the ttech's arrival time. He showed up on the dot. Living in theBoston area, I had a sewer leak in my basement over a weekend. Happily to my surprise, when I called the plumber there was no weekend fee for coming out to my house. I was eager to get the plumber over here to check out my situation. Upon arrival he gave me professional advice on how to handle the problem. Upon making a decision he immidiately got to work clearing my pipes. He quickly finished his work and left and I was back to normal. Thank you Roto-Rooter. more

I'm very happy with the service I received and the price I paid. I called Roto-Rooter, along with half a dozen other Boston-area plumbers, on a Tuesday night about a clogged kitchen sink. Roto-Rooter was one of only two that answered the phone at night, while one other called me back that night but was not able to help. They agreed to come to my home on Wednesday morning. more
