Roto-Rooter send a Technician to our house the same day I called them. The Technician fixed our water main, again on the same day, working until it was dark and getting the job done so the water could be turned back on to the house. Everyone from the operator to the Technician were friendly and helpful. Thanks Leroy! more

A+++ experience 10/19/2011

They were a lifesaver! We woke up on a work day to find the drains backing up and coming back into the house. They were there within an hour and had it fixed in no time. They were careful about not tracking anything into the house and extremely professional. They took the time to make sure everything was working fine before leaving and I still made it to work for my morning meetings. Top notch team! more

GREAT PLUMBING WORK!! 12/27/2010

They arrived less than 30 minutes after my call. Checked the problem, found a leak in the water line between the meter and the house. Gave me a written estimate for repair. After I signed for the work to be done, they made an appointment to return the next day. Plumber worked from 9 a.m to 7:45 p.m. Did an EXCELLENT JOB.Net, clean. Explained things I did not understand. Great to work with. I have found my new plumber and will recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances. more

Highly recommend 7/26/2010

I called in the morning, about 8:30am, and was given an appoinment for that afternoon. They called to let me know the tech was on his way. Mr Ed was very professional, he listened to what I need done, offered his suggestions, provided me with a written estimate, and was off to work. He was very professional. Drip 5/7/2010

Had a dripping bathroom faucet. Roto-Rooter came and replaced part in tub faucet within 5 minutes and solved problem. Water was not hot enough, and fixed this also.\r Very quick and efficient. more
