I required a sewer main service call on Superbowl Sunday for a 10 family rental unit. They were prompt, professional, and I received a 10% discount on my service call. OK, second time in three days I had to call Roto-Tooter, this time for a two-family. Tommy (2303) was great! The drain was open within 30 minutes of his arrival. And, I got a $75 discount as a returning customer. Again, I give them 5 out of 5 for the service and value!
