Had a clogged sewer pipe so i contacted roto rooter @ 10pm on a saturday night, they sent out a technician to my house, Technician tried for 1 1/2 hrs to unclog my pipe and was unsuccessful so he said he would put in for another tech to come out in the morning to try again. Next morning roto rooter contacted me stating they had another tech coming. Tech August Kolb showed up and worked on pipe for 30 minutes until he was able to clear line caused by roots. He then ran camera through pipe and determined that i had several large roots growing through pipe. August recommended that i have the pipe jetted to remove roots. August was very polite and professional and i will be using roto rooter again due to him. more

Cincinnati, Ohio\r I called Rotor Rooter due to water in my basement bathroom. I noticed the water on Monday but then it rained on Tuesday so they weren't able to keep their scheduled appointment for Wednesday but they did come on Thursday. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided me with his assessment and decided that I needed more diagnostic information. The only piece of information he didn't give me was to contact metropolitan sewer. I had actually contacted to the city to inquire about how to dispose of some of the items that were ruined by the water but they accidently transferred me to the Metro Sewer. They sent out a worker to look at my water damage. He explained that the problem could have been from their sewer line and that they would check it prior to Roto's recommendation to use a camera to scan for the issues. I was very happy that Metro sewer tech provided that information. I just think Roto should remind their customers to contact their sewer district in addition to recommending restoration experts and to contact insurance companies. more

Nick was rotor-rooters service technician, and he took his time and did a complete and thorough inspection to find the root of my problem. He cleaned out the main line sewer and had to remove the basement toilet and reinstalled it. You would have ever even know that work had been done in the basement because he cleaned up everything!! Even thou the job was more then what the original work order was he was very professional. more

On 4/9 we called Roto Rooter for an urgent matter. We had a busted pipe in the basement and had to turn off our water so we had no running water. To a family of 4 running water is essential. We called Roto Rooter and they were out in a couple hours and had the job done in 20 minutes. The service was quick and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.\r \r \r K. Gryniewski more

I recently had a storm drain back up into the basement of my house. The result was 4 inches of standing water and a lot of mud and muck on my floor. After we got that cleaned up we called the city to see if the problem was with their portion of the sewer system or ours. They were basically not able to give us any information and told us to hire our own plumber to determine what was wrong. I called Rotorooter on 4/4 and they were able to come out on the morning of 4/5. Two men came, an experienced plumber and his trainee. It was obvious how knowledgeable the experienced plumber was and he was so thorough that I have no doubt that my problem is solved. He cleared the pipes under the house to keep it from backing up again and while he was here he cleared out my bathtub which was clogged up. I got 20% off the cost of the bathtub and was able to use a $40 off coupon. All in all it was a very good experience and I would call Rotorooter again. more
