Our furnace went out on Wednesday afternoon, it was about 45 degrees outside. Roth Heating was called and they showed up at 7:45 p.m. They left at 8:30 saying that they had to rig the furnace so we could get some heat but that they'd come out with the part on Thursday evening. This morning (Thursday) we woke up to a temp of 65 in the house. Roth called at 7:40 a.m. and asked if they could come out this morning in 20 minutes but unfortunately both my husband & I had to be at work by 8:30. We explained to them they had said they'd come out this evening when we were got home from work and the lady on the phone from Roth was extremely RUDE. She explained that she wasn't going to pay her person overtime to come in the evening and we weren't going to get it fixed today then. I did tell her that unfortunately the pay wasn't our problem, but we have a family and needed heat in the house, especially because the temp. outside had dropped by 20 degrees today. \r
