My mom, Hannah Morgan, went here May 2014 to buy a car. The Internet sales guy, Dustin Clark whom no longer works there, sold her a used 2010 corolla. Found out they had put the wrong battery in the car within the first week of having the car. So my 60yr old mother got stranded several times until we took the car to Costco and they said the battery was too small, wrong size. I called Roseville Toyota to give them every opportunity to make it right and reimburse us for the battery and they pretty much said it was our responsibility and blew us off. 1st red flag. The vent clips were all broken when we first got in the car at the dealership and we asked if they would fix them, Dustin said they would replace them all. Called several times and spoke to the sales manager, never got a call back, they seemed to ignore us. 2nd red flag. I finally went there 1 yr later, after my mother called again and again throughout the yr, to get the issue resolved. I LIVE IN SO CAL AND THE DEALERSHIP IS IN SACRAMENTO COUNTY 6 HOURS AWAY! I asked for a manager and AFTER 25 MINUTES some schmuck came out and greeted me. I showed him the car and told him the situation. He said that unfortunately Dustin was fired for making claims like this AND THAT EVERYONE KNOWS TO GET THINGS LIKE THIS IN WRITING. Smug jerk offered to let me use his employee discount to get the parts, they were over $200.00, Gee thanks! So today, I am in AZ with my mom's car. And we just discovered that the dealership had used superglue to fix a broken odometer button. The 122 degree AZ heat melted the glue. 3rd red flag. I'm not surprised that this is happening since they were shady from the jump. Bunch of jerks, they will sell any lemon to unsuspecting victims. They told us that this car was the dealership's loaner car and we should be very confident that it was well maintained, yeah right! BUYER BEWARE. THEY ARE SHADY LOW DOWN CROOKS. WE WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. They were afforded every opportunity to make this right, EPIC FAIL FFF more

We recently went to pick up our car after waiting 10 days for a part to come in. We had a coupon that Roseville Toyota had emailed us for 10% off all parts and labor. The bill was high, $1992.65 for a new touch screen, but was the same amount quoted at the outset. Our service rep refused to accept the coupon, stating that he had already given us a discount. We looked at the bill, which had inflated charges which were crossed out and the new amount, $1992.65. My warning here is, if your bill is high, you might expect them not to honor their own coupons. I called the manager to give him a chance to explain things, but he did not return my call. more

We are from elk grove and saw an ad about a new corolla for 14K. My wife called and asked if it is still available. This ROBERT DE VENECIA said it is. He booked us to come and we did. He asked my wife to call before we leave our place. We did and another guy named RAY confirmed it is still available. So off we went and when we arrived, they paged this ROBERT DE VENECIA and he never even came to see us. AND KNOW WHAT, THE CAR THAT WE CAME FOR WAS ALREADY SOLD! I do not understand why they would make us come all the way from Elk Grove to Roseville telling us that it is available when it is not. Are they hoping to sell us something else or this ad is a total fake trying to lure buyers? We did but a similar Corolla but from another guy...so far the nicest salesperson we met since we started buying cars. His name is RYAN, sorry, I can t remember his last name, but he is white and has a goatee. He stayed with us throughout and entertained us while we nego with the price with his manager. He finally got it for us for the price we wanted. We give RYAN 5 STARS...but to you ROBERT DE VENECIA, hope you never sell another car... Ill probably give them 5 stars next time I buy directly from Ryan. more

I went here to get my oil changed and the guy that was handling the office portion of the job came out to me 4 times to try to get me to buy other services. My car is in good shape, and there was no reason for them to try to push services on me after I had said that I only wanted the oil change several times. more
