purchased a wonderful2011 Hyundai Sonata from probably the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with! Besides the sales manager that copped a major attitude with my husband and I while trying to negotiate the price of the vehicle I witness said manager chewing out other employees in front of numerous customers in a completely unprofessional manner. The sales person called my husband and I several times at home over the course of a four or five days after we purchased the vehicle for various reason, mainly to see if "everything was OK". We chose to fill out the customer service surveys thinking they were confidential only to get called last night and questioned by the sales person in a confrontational manner as to why he got the rating he got. When I explained our position I was then threatened. The sales person told me "I have all your information, if I wanted to I could l make your life difficult. I could make it hard for you to purchase another Hyundai elsewhere." When I called his manager to complain I got the same sale manager I worked with who basically gave me the brush off. In my opinion Roseville Hyundai is a dealership that the customer is to be argued with, harassed, and threatened; not one where the customer is to be treated with respect! Now a few days after speaking with the general sales manager my husband received a call from a man looking for a date saying he saw a personal add with my husband's name and phone number. We both think this may be the sales person trying to "make our lives difficult."
