Rosenberg Indoor Comfort

At 2AM I woke up to and AC that wasn't cooling at all. The temperature kept rising and I was thinking 'oh no, I'm never going to be able to get someone here to fix this on the hottest day of the year. I called first thing at 8AM and Valarie was so nice (and didn't even act like I was crazy for thinking they could come right over) she said they were all booked but she would try to fit me in. Well, at 11:15 they called that they were on the way!! Hooray..the temp was at 85 degrees in the house by then. Robert shows up and quickly diagnoses the problem and fixed it and was on his way by 12:15. I'm so grateful to you all. Thank you again. more

We are new to this neighborhood. The previous owner of our home recommended Josh at Rosenberg Indoor Comfort for air condition/heating service. We're so glad we called Rosenberg. Valerie took the information to set up the service--courteous, efficient, friendly, and caring. Josh came to our home on time, thoroughly checked the system, explained our options, and answered all our questions--courteous, efficient, friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. I asked for the same technician that has worked on my unit previously. I even told Valerie I am willing to wait if he's not available soon. Valerie stated no problem Trey would be out to service your unit. Another technician came instead of Trey. I might have been alright with that if the company made me aware prior to Joe coming. No one called or even ask if that was alright. Not sure at this point if I'm going to continue to my membership. In my world, the right thing to do is to make your customer aware of any changes especially if you requested a particular technician. Joe did not clean up after he left. Fliter was dirty and he did not change it. In his report, he indicated it was clean, not true. Joe seem to be more interested in upselling than doing what is best for the customer. more

Considering the reviews I'd read on the Internet site, I contacted this firm for annual heating checkup service. Technician Trey C. arrived as expected, with an alert from the office that he was on his way about a half hour before arrival. He was friendly personable, and quietly went about his assignment. When completed, he answered my questions and explained what had been accomplished. Based on his performance and explanation of Rosenberg's annual two visit plan, I agreed to sign on. I appreciated his courtesy and efficiency. more
