I first started coming here years ago when I had my older dogs. Now I come back with my new puppy and I absolutely love this vet. True, it is pricey, but well worth it. The vet and staff let me know in detail what's going on, the procedures and spends the extra time explaining and going over any and all questions I have more

Rosecrans pet hospital was the best! 9/8/2010

Amazing staff. Very Welcoming environment. The receptionist and veterinary tech were very attentive about anything my little dog needed they asked questions about everything that was going to care for him. The veterinarian examined him from head to toe and checked everything. She was very helpful and loving with my pet. I highly recommend this vet hospital. TWO THUMBS WAY UP. more

Great Dr 9/3/2010

I was very impress with Dr. Grant. she was so detail and specific to responding to my concern about my beautiful baby boy. She exam my pet and quickly told me what we needed to do. after Blood work and Xrays; I have to say, I was impress. She told me "We have to do two blood works and one set of Xrays; I hope is not what I think it is, but if it is what I suspect it to be, We will have to do surgery as soon as possible". and she was right. My baby boy had bladder Stones... I have to thank Dr. Grant for saving my baby boy and for couping with my frustration... Thank you more

we always feel welcome 12/30/2009

My family has been taking our animals, my parent's animals and my Nephew's animals here for years. We were original patients of Dr. Mitchell, and when he retired, we stayed on with Dr. Grant. Both Vets and their staff have always made us feel welcome and our pets care; important. Dr. Grant has updated the Hospital, the treatments and the care, so we feel that we are geting state of the art treatment for all of our pets. We had to go to another Pet Hospital a few times due to the particular circumstances of illness of one of our pets, but did not care for that Hospital. Now that Dr Grant has added more treatment to the hospital, we have no need to do that. I was there when a woman had to bring in an animal that had been attacked by some dogs. She was not a client of the Hospital, but her animal was in very bad shape. The staff took care of the woman with the utmost compassion and then apologized to those of us in the waiting room for the delay. I,for one, was very pleased that the urgent care for an animal she had never seen before was the priority, I know they would do that for my animals if it ever came down to that (which hopefully, it never will !). I went in and met the owners of the company and they were some of the most genuine people I've ever met. I know I can trust them with my dog and I will be using them for any needs I may have in the future. The last post seems to be a bit strange. If there was a real "scam" issue wouldn't you talk to them and find out why the cost went up and do research to find out if you are being overcharged? Anyways, I had a nice experience and will be visiting them again with my dog Charger! I recommend going in yourself and creating your own opinion! =) more

I have two dogs both of which I have been taking to Dr Grant for the past year+. I'm glad I found Rosecrans Pet Hospital as my dogs are doing great. I recently moved to the area and was in need of a change as my eldest dogs situation wasnt getting better based on another vets diagnosis. I recently found out, based on Dr Grants diagnosis, that my dog Babie had skin cancer and not allergies as previously told. Dr grant recently performed the procedure to remove a tumor and Babie has been doing awesome. I havent seen her this happy and active in some time. What I loved best about Dr Grant and the staff there is their willingness to help and educate, not their willingness to push services that are unneeded. After the surgery the staff continuosly called me to update me on Babie's status and continue to do so as shes only been home a week. As for the wait, Im sure all the patrons know what a great job Rosecrans Pet Hospital does with their loved ones, thats why the wait is well worth it. If the place was empty, then I would have my doubts. Im sure Dr Grant is considering building up her practice as many customers are showing their satisfaction with their continous visits no matter how long it takes. But until then, I'll schedule my appointment and wait patiently if need be because I know what type of service to expect from Dr Grant and Rosecrans Pet Hospital, only the best! more

At first I was skeptical as all pet owners are with a new vet. Fortunately, Dr. Grant and her team of vet techs and assistants were caring and helpful. I have brought my new puppy in to see Dr. Grant several times for her series of puppy vaccinations and for her deworming. Every time was a pleasent experience, Dr. Grant was very friendy and informative, and I was even offered a cold drink while I was in the waiting room. I would recommend Rosecrans Pet Hospital to any pet owner that is looking for trustworthy and honest veterinary care. I loved this place more

I have been taking my dogs Mack and Roxy to Dr. Grant for the last 4 years. I have always had a good expierence. Yes, sometimes I have had a long wait but Dr. Grant is always very through and informative during our appointment. She takes her time with my pets and makes sure I understand everthing going on with them and answers any questions I may have. If any procedures are being done it is outlined for you before they proceed with doing anything to your pet. After my pup Roxy was fixed Dr. Grant called me personally to follow up to see how she was recovering. Overall my expierences have been great.? more
