WORST agent ever! For starters I never hear from her and only get discounts when I went to the office and threatened to leave State-farm. My wife was in an accident and the ""at fault party"" was insured by State-farm. My wife had Geico however my name is on the title to the car. We tried to handle the claim through State-farm but after 3WEEKS they still said they needed a copy of the police report and to speak to witnesses. Geico had called us every other day to A: make sure Rachel was OK and to ask us if we wanted the claim to go through them. I called my agent ROSEMARY NUNES and left a message to call me back. That was now 3 weeks ago and no return call. I went to her office and found out she had moved Thanks for letting me know. We turned the claim over to Geico, had to pay the $1000 deductible but will get that back. Now State-Farm sends a letter saying they look forward to offering us Superior Excellence in Service. It has been over 4 weeks and State-Farm calls and says they would like a statement from Rachel? (read it in the POLICE report). Geico had us in the shop with a rental car in 36 hours! I can't wait to see how State-Farm will try and dodge the issue of our car is ""HOV"" certified and without it Rachel has added 2 hours a day to her commute. Remember State-Farm it was you who waited over 4 weeks not us. I will be canceling my 5 cars, 2 motorcycles and home polices with State Farm. Did I mention that I had State Farm for over 30 years! I would like to thank Rosemary for calling me back BUT since she never did I can't!
