Rosati's makes one of the two deep dish pizza's in the city (the other being Papa Del's) The thing that gets you at Rosati's is the pizza is correctly made deep, and filled with GOOD ingredients. I'm a bit of a pizza snob, I only like certain types, and am not a deep dish fan normally because most places can't make it to save their lives. Rosati's beats all of them (with the one exception mentioned above).
The appitizers are delicious but the pizza itself will knock you on your butt. This isn't "healthy light pizza" this is "fill you up and sink you" heavy pizza. That's not to say it's horrible for deep dish. It's just pizza where one slice will fill you up. Speaking of which two slice can stuff a guy who can really put away a normal Papa John's pizza.
Only issue is how to get the pizza to your house. I've had two pizzas ruined because the pizza/box isn't made to transport it across town. Be careful. But if you can get it and enjoy it.. it's simply amazing. Just writing about it makes me want to break my current diet.
Pros: Decent location for campus, great food, friendly counter staff.
Cons: Service is slow, reasonable for a deep dish pizza, but slow. Poor "box design".
