I paid for a repair to a garment. After I got home and unwrapped all the plastic, I realized the garment was unchanged. I returned to the store and asked for a refund of my $20. They refused. I couldn't believe it. I filed an official complaint with a local biz bureau, yet the company never even bothered to respond. \r
I have never experienced a company that did absolutely nothing with an unhappy customer...they took my money and offered nothing in return. Please don't reward them with future business.
