I was pulled in by the promise of a good price, and yeah, I got a good price. Unfortunately, the sofa and loveseat were damaged, and I was rescheduled over four times because they couldn't get their schedules straight (which meant I missed work several times on account of their ineptitude). \r
I had to go to the Better Business Bureau (whom they ignored) and finally had to file a small claim against them. THAT finally got their attention, but they once again messed up delivery, gave me excuse upon excuse as to why their crappy service was excusable (the owner has been really busy), and why I shouldn't consider over nine months of waiting for them to get their crap straight a long time. ?!?!?! \r
Buyer beware - NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy from this place. It's horrific and the folks who run it haven't a clue what customer service means.

Cons: Service, management, delivery, replacements, etc
