Called to set appointment med assistant hung the phone up on me i called back 3 times no answer called a 4th from different number she answered she is slim with dreadlocks very rude will not bring my family here more

My family HAD been going to this office for 10 years. Over the last 3 years, they've gone from a great, personable, family practice to the MADHOUSE you see today. Almost overnight the wait went from 10-15 minutes to a MINIMUM of 1 hour but your co-pay is collected less than 5min after your arrival! Dr Smith (babies only) and Blake (seniors only) pick a choose who to see and the rest are pawned off to the interns. Though we have recently moved we are STILL fighting with this office to get OUR medical records. They expect you to pay $5 PER PAGE for the copies. WTF?!? We are in the process of putting together a law suit. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Instead drive the extra few minutes and go to Tyrone or up to Camp Creek. more

This office is a zoo!! Don't expect to be seen on time, please be prepared to wait at the minimum of one hour and that's with an appointment. They never returns calls, you, the patient, will do all the leg work. I have NEVER seen a medical office like this one and I hope I never will. Front office staff "Always" losing or misplacing sensitive documents, however, they do manage to take those co-payments pretty quick. My family and I are taking our insurance elsewhere...this place is a circus and I'm have decided to get of the train. more

My child is a patient here and so far its been ok. If you are looking for a new pediatrician look elsewhere because the front medical assistants are not organized or knowledgeable or what they are doing, and the nurses won't answer the phone or call you back. I feel like this facility has the ability to retain more business if it wasn't for the front office staff. You will never get a call back (even if your child's results are in) nor are they able to keep up with your paper work. Its not worth the hassle. Its a clean facility but these people are not smart...and there is absolutely nothing for your children to play with while waiting. more

It took almost an hour to be seen by one of the dr's and my appointment was at 2:45. I saw the dr an hour later with only 2 people ahead of me. I was soo upset and the hood rat at the front desk rolled her eyes at me. I mean Is this what healthcare has come to?!?!?! Long waits and nasty unpleaset front desk personell. I'll take my insurance elsewherr!!!!!! more

I love Dr. Smith and Dr. Blake. They are wonderful. I went to Dr. Smith for a sinus situation I was having and she was the only one able to clear it up. They are so family oriented. I wouldn't trade them for anything. more

Dr. Smith and Dr. Blake are very concern about there patients. My daughter is 8 years old and Dr. Smith is her Pediatrician - she's very attentive and concern about what's going on with the kids. She makes it a priority to ensure they obtain the very best care and makes "you the parent" feel confident that your child is in good hands! The Staff exemplifies GREAT customer service and ensures the upmost satisfaction of all the customers. We love knowing we can depend on Rophe'Medicine! The Finchs' more

Here everyone can be seen, from a pregnant mom-to-be to infants to adults! My son had an injury at daycare which was very sensitive in nature and they took very good care of us and now I will continue to go for the family...too bad there's no OBGYN... more

Dr. Smith is my current family doctor for myself and 2 children. She is a christian who attends World Changers church and has a wonderful personality. The atmosphere is pleasant with christain music and a kid's play area. Everyone who works there are always in a good mood. They seem to really take the time to know you and remember you. They are a family practice and pediatricians. more
