If I could give a 0 rating I would! I have purchased furniture from rooms to go in the past and did not have any issues. I recently purchased a new dining room table. One side of the table is damaged out of the box. I scheduled a service technician to come out and took the day off. The service technician failed to ring my door bell or knock on the door. I got a call at 8:20 saying my appointment will have to be rescheduled. I called immediately and was told it will have to be scheduled a different day. It is so frustrating that I had to take the day off due to being sold a damaged product and now I will have to take another day off due to the service technician being incompetent. The sales people are very friendly, but thanks to this incidident I will not purchase from Rooms to Go again!
