Took my 2010 Camaro in scheduled maint, new wipers, check the left front because of weird tire wear and for a 2nd attempt to find an AC leak. Week 1, they did oil change, wipers and found an oil leak at the pan, each were fixed, said they finally found the AC issue, week 2, brought it back for AC evap cor repair, alignment was so far off it was pulling hard right. End of week 2, picked car up, alignment still pulling hard right, AC not cooling and dash wasn't put together properly including the steering wheel cap holding the air bag in. Found 3 screws on floor and a tool under the seat.
Week 3, brought it back for alignment, dash issues and AC not cooling. Picked it up the next day, AC appears to cool, but blows on feet when not set to, alignment was not to GM spec per report, even though they insist it is. Onstart light now goes red.
I paid for an alignment even though it was not done. They refuse to refund money because they think it's right, even though the report from the alignment machine shows it is off. This is from the service manager.
Will never buy another vehicle from them nor will they ever service one.
