We built a house to live in after our children grew up. I ordered a special tub/shower separate from my husband's shower. The tub was defective. The real estate agent did not fulfill the requirements outlined in the contract by replacing it. We settled after a lawsuit ~ there were many serious electrical problems, low quality flooring installation etc., not just the tub. In Nov. 2009 we contacted Roger Mills Construction, a very good decision. We first did our homework, by checking his rating with the BBB and the licensing oversight boards. He rated an A+. From the first contact to job finished was to the best of my recollection 2-1/2 days. At the consultation we were given a very reasonable estimate, but the most telling part of the interview was his absolute honesty. He told us exactly what our part of the responsibility was for removal of household items, exactly what was involved and how long it would take. The team arrived on time. If a part was needed it was found and purchased right then. There was never even a hint that they might leave for the day (while waiting for the part to be available), even when it was ""quitting time."" By the end of the first working day I had a new tub to soak in! The only thing left for day 2 was the finishing tile work. Those pieces were cosmetic and being that the new tub was a different style and size, there was no way to know what size tile was needed until the tub was installed. So, here we are 3 years later and I have a serious leak last Sunday, & my water is off. I made another good decision and left a message for Roger, thinking he would get back to me during working hours. Again, people like Roger & his Wife make the world a better place to live in. From the time I left the msg. to the time it was fixed was maybe 3 hours. I was, to say the least, pleasantly stunned. He promised and delivered that my water would be back on before he was done for the day . TaDa! Thanks again Roger, Marian Bostwick
