Dr Mark Rodman performed an unneeded procedure after first using scare tactics to make me think that if I did not have the procedure done, I would be looking at weeks of pain. This was also after being rushed, unfriendly and arrogant. \r
Turns out, it was nothing more than a minor infection that could be treated with oral rinse rather than the removal of my tissue. When I returned the very next day after the procedure and the pain was still there, he basically said oh well and walked away. Never once did he provide me with information on treating the infection. The one good thing he did was recommend me to a proper Oral Surgeon who had the skills to treat my pain. \r
I felt better within the day of seeing this Oral Surgeon, who took one look and knew instantly why I was in so much pain. He recommended a $4 oral rinse rather than the $110 I paid to Dr Rodman. When I asked for a refund of service since times are hard and not everyone is a fancy Dentist, Dr Rodman refused and said he had rendered a service. \r
Poor customer relations skills and questionable dental skills. Raleigh Hills Park Dental itself has great dental hygenist and front customer service. If you go there just avoid this one bad apple.
