Do not use this dental office. They will lie and rip you off. My ex husband didn't go to a dentist for a long time and when he finally did, this dental office told him he needed to have 10 fillings and a crown. He sought a second opinion at a Pleasanto Grove Dental, they told him they agreed with the crown but did not see 10 cavities that needed to be filled. Unfortunately, this happened many months after I had spent $800 on fillings that were probably fake. more

Great office 7/13/2011

Very friendly & polite! I loved the teeth cleaning procedure. They were very courteous and extremely gentle with all my procedures! The staff explained everything in great detail from the billing desk with prices & fees to the X-rays and procedures with all the staff! I actually look forward to returning in 6 months. Extremely thankful to have a found a great dentist in Roseville near my home with such a fantastic office!!! more

Don't Trust This Dentist!!!!!! 3/2/2011

I only gave this office one star because I HAD to.\r \r I was a regular patient at this office until I started getting suspicious of their ethics. VERY long story short, they billed me for a crown that they never made an impression for or placed in my mouth. They lied to me everytime I called and tried to get information from them and the girl at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. After expressing my concerns to the dentist Amandeep Behniwal, she told me ""I am not the boss, you have to talk to the boss"". Well later I found out she IS the boss. I could not get them to refund me more than $200 on a crown that I paid over $1200 for that I didn't even get. Art (the ""boss"") would never return my emails or calls. Even when I sent over a copy of a complaint I intended to file with the CA dental board, they wouldn't call me back. I have since been treated by another dentist and have been told what they have done to me is not only illegal, but unethical as well. I am in the process of having the dental board and the Sacramento District Dental Society review my complaint. Seriously, look at all the people complaining about this place. Don't risk it! They SUCK. more

BAD Customer Service and billing Wrong 2/1/2011

I would never tell and friend or a family member to go see them! They never bill right either. Check with you insurance before you sign or pay. They bill us o some work that was done for my husband over a year trying to collect money. We have always paid when work was done each time. You need to watch all your billing from these people. Art is the office manger and dose a VERY poor job of running it. NEVER NEVER go to them. Also, they did a very bad job on my husband teeth and after his last time he told me never wants to go back there. Roseville is a big place..check around more

I'm actually pretty shocked by these reviews! My husband and I started going to this office a little over a year ago. We both feel very comfortable with the girl that cleans our teeth. She along with everyone else that we deal with are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. I don't like how they will work on you and then have to leave to work on someone else. It can take awhile if you are getting a cavity filled or something more than a teeth cleaning. But it doesn't stop us from continuing to do business here. Pros: Always friendly Cons: May have to wait a little longer than desired more

Just had our first visit to Rocky Ridge dental. To be honest, I was a little scared after reading such negative reviews. I was on my guard. I was met with friendly but very busy office staff. The phone really never stopped ringing. As soon as my paper work was filled out and put into the computer, my 2 kids (12 and 8) were brought in for their cleaning. I was asked back to the exam area when the dentist was doing the exam. She showed me the x-rays and had me look into their mouths at the problem areas. She was very nice and explained everything very clearly. She wants me to have a consult with the ortho before we put fillings in baby teeth. Other dentists never gave me the option before. Said it had to be done. My kids both need fillings, I knew they would. I've been to several dentists and the prices here are no greater than others. All dentist stick it to you. It's the way of the world. I asked my kids when it was all over, how their experience was. They were both totally fine with it. Said the hygienist and the dentist were very nice. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Seems like there haven't been many recent reviews. Maybe the bad staff was let go? I hope if you go to this dentist and you have a good experience, you will write a review. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

I would NOT recommend this place at all to anyone. They have the worst communication skills i have ever seen. They would not refund me my money on something that they did that I did not want done in the first place. They never called to reschedule my friends (notice that friends is plural) appointment they were lucky that my friends had called them that day to reschedule their own appointments. The back office how ever were very polite I did like them very much, they were very professional and very kind. Don't sign anything until you are done with your visit and get a list of what they are doing on you before you go in. I know that they are all about customer services cause how they were talking to me but, this customer is not happy at all. I feel i should be refunded for their lack of communication. I will never be returning there even if I do get my refund back just because I don't want their lack of communication skills to effect my wallet. more

This place is unreal. I don't know how it stays in business. Well, unsuspecting customers most likely. Save yourself a headache and find another dentist pronto. Pros: Easy to get an appointment Cons: Everything about this place more

Poor business practices 1/28/2008

Well we're not as angry as Scott, but we also haven't given them any money (or had the work done yet) and have been questioning the rates with no answers from the office. \r \r The charges for work to be done seemed very high, checked with our insurance company and they would appear to be wanting to charge us full price and not the copay price. The difference is $685 per crown in our case. We've questioned the office about it and have had ZERO reponse after weeks of questioning, other than, well that's the price. We have DeltaCare insurance, maybe it's different for other insurers, but we're moving on and mentioning this to the insurance commissioner. more

RIP OFF!!!! 1/20/2008

The Dentist and assistants are ok... BUT the office staff are MAJOR CROOKS!!!!!!! They over charge, bill incorrectly, and will tell you that your insurance wont cover certain items, when in fact they are covered...Then when you catch their ""mistake"" they wont give you your money back!!\r The office manager is a TOTAL JER# !! He is very unprofessional and wont give you the time of day. He definately should not be managing ANYTHING!!! \r Save yourself the stress and money, not to mention the time it takes to fight with them and only wind up having to file small claims paperwork.. more

Buyer beware. Avoid this office. This office has the worst and rude office manager. CALL YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE YOU PAY! or you will pay more than you should!! more
