This was the worst company and experience to work with in trying to get a home loan. These people are cheats, especially Miguel Davila. All he did was rip us off $1,000 dollars, tell the other family to move out of the house we wanted to buy, and after being pre-approved, then APPROVED, they changed their mind on the CLOSING DATE and told us they changed their mind supposedly due to something on our credit, AFTER having said everything was great and ready to go. If that was the case, they could have done that A LOT earlier. They had all of our documents for months, and had us running around getting more ridiculous documents and proof of this and that. They don't run a home loan business, they run a cheat the f*** out of people scam. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but to rocky mountain mortgage. more

BEWARE! Apparently it is a well known among insurance companies that Rocky Mt is not only THE most difficult company to work with but will NOT sign over your homeowners insurance check for repairs. They expect you to pay ALL up front and then they send THEIR inspector before they decide to release any of YOUR insurance money. Ask insurance companies about Rocky Mt BEFORE you take out a mortgage with them. And stay away from Haley at Trawood unless you like being treated a thief and criminal! RUDE RUDE RUDE! If possible use another mortgage company. Rocky Mountain DOES NOT give you a grace period in which you can pay your mortgage.. they want you to pay it on the first of each month and if something comes up and you can't make it..you are screwed! Because since they don't give you even a day to pay it late and then they start harrassing you with phone calls and letters and of course a late charge!!.. they are a bunch of scammers!
