I have been going to the St. Paul school for about 2 years now and its always really been a hit-or-miss with the color techs. I have returned for re-do's often because they were either unable to match the color or cover the roots all the way. The prices are cheap but the exterior and interior is homely. Hair drying not included with the color. What really upset me about them is that they refused to give me the color formulation for my color. I have never encountered the unwillingness to do this from any other salon or stylist. While I understand that this may be considered work product, I think that from a public relations standpoint, it is not smart to deny the client from gaining access to this information. Whatever the reason for wanting it, people experiment and come and go from salon to salon. Further, if a person is contemplating switching salons, they are bound to lose them as a client regardless. This is NOT the way to retain clients!
