After two straight weeks of not picking up my recycle items,
I tried to call Robertson to let them know. After several attempts over two days, I could not get through. I only got a recording that said lines were busy and for $2.00, I could continue to hold. THIS IS ABSURD! What kind of company executive could make this idiotic decision? It was bad enough to receive bad service, but charge me $2.00 to report it. I DON'T THINK SO! I have canceled my account.
Evidently, Robertson does not know they have competition and do not value their customer base.
