Mr. Otto thinks he is the only Glass Company in the Hamptons and his attitude reflects that belief. Jobs are not completed on schedule. When questioned, Otto has a take it or leave it attitude and will tell the customer, ""don't call again, it will be fixed when we have the time,"" and will hang up on customers! The terrible attitude definately is not how the late Robert E. Otto could have ever built his business. His son is definately a sad sequel to the previous Otto. No vendor is worth the poor treatment! I would highly recommend using another vendor.
