I am not someone who likes change,but CHANGE IS GOOD AT ROBERT M'S. Coming to louisiana for the first time was an experience to remember. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, who were interested in getting to know me. While waiting for my appointment, someone else came to greet me and offered me a tour of the salon. My stylist April and Kathryn had an understanding of exactly what I wanted. Everyone I met in the salon greeted me by name and were very inviting. This salon is the first place that I've ever experienced such geniune concern. From the receptionist accomadating my work schedule and being very understanding, to my experience in the chair. Katie was attentive to my requests about my hair color. I love the fact that the stylist here all specialize in their area of expertise. She knew exactly what color to recommend for my skin tone and the time of season(very trendy)!! Then Ellen, who cut my hair, gave me a haircut that compliments my face so well. I never thought this cut would work for me, but the compliments I've been getting tell me otherwise :)! I have already booked my next 3appointments to fit my schedule. I love Robert M's. This hair salon has rude receptionists and you can never get an appointment. They never try and get something suited to your schedule. It's a shame as my first time was some what pleasant and the other time just the same. Cons: You can NEVER get an appointment! more
