This was my first experience using a Mobile Dog Groomer. I have a 13 1/2 yr old German Shepherd who I can no longer take to a shop to get groomed. I found Robbye's Gentle Groomers online. I cannot believe how great my dog looks after his appointment. He went in looking like a scruffy old dog and came out looking like the beautiful puppy I brought home years ago. The staff there from the receptionist on the phone to Staci who did the actual grooming were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Robbyes to everyone. They even have a shop if you do not want the mobile service. more

This Day Care and grooming facility is the BEST you can find. My 5 year old Labradoodle has been going there for 4 years. He had an awful experience at another groomer and they could not have been more caring, gentle and loving towards him. Logan loves going there. He is in the dog day camp program once a week and there once every 5 weeks for grooming. The staff knows him as well as I do. They take great pride in their day camp and their grooming. I never have to get his coat fixed because of a mistake. He comes out of there with a a perfect cut. After a full day of camp he is exhausted. \r \r I would HIGHLY recommend this place. more

Happy Puppy 1/25/2013

I took my 11mon old yorkie Chino here for grooming and he was perfect down to his feet. The people that work there including the owners son was very helpful and polite. I would recommend anyone to go there for grooming services. more

Do not go here 2/12/2012

Paid $60 to get my 1 year old long haired puppy "the works". Cut down, bath, nails cut, dematted. Got home & discovered nails were not cut, 2 of his legs still had matts, as did his neck & 1 ear. He was there for 5 hours! What a dissapointment. Called to cancel an appointment I had made for next month, & informed why. Was told "he was a difficult dog". Duh...he is only 1 year old, and I did tell them he had never been to a groomer. He is fine for me when I groom him. So, I spent the next day finishing the job I had paid $60 to have done. Robbyes Gentle Grooming Disappointment 2/12/2012

Read reviews for this groomer, & tthought I left my puppy in good hands. I wanted the works...cut down to 1", bath, nails cut, dematted. Cost was $60.00. As my puppy is a long hair puppy, and this was his 1st experiance with official grooming I wanted it to be a good experiance for him.He was there for 5 hours, and on first look, he had been cut down which was fine. But, when I got him home, I discovered his nails had not been cut, he was still matted in two legs (even with the cut down), and his neck was still matted. I called this morning to cancel an appointment I had made for him in March, & informed why I was canceling . The comment I got is "I see he was a difficult dog"!!!!!! I had told them when I dropped him off he was a bit diffucult, as I have been doing his grooming for the past year. Pros: null Cons: null more

My cat loves the lion cut 3/31/2010

My cat lives the lion cut every spring and fall. Boy does it cut back on the hair balls and hair from shedding around the house. This place handles the cats very well. My cat puts up with the bath and the lion cut with no problem. If he can do it any cat can. This place is great! The lion cut is very stylish for any cat, boy or girl! Yay Robbye's! Best Day Care and grooming you can find 2/9/2009

We've been taking our Cockapoo to Robbye's since we've had him. He's about to turn 2 and he absolutely loves going there. We take him once a week for day care and he knows when we are getting close and goes crazy in the car. After a full day of running around he is so well behaved and exhausted that he's even more of a pleasure. And they do an excellent job grooming. Pros: Excellent prices, great groomers, and good location Cons: None. more

The best groomer and last groomer I will ever use. They do an excellent job and all of my dogs like it there. They actually come home happy! One of my dogs was very difficult but they had no problem and the price is reasonable. more

Well worth the wait. 10/4/2007

While they can be a little difficult to find and sometimes difficult to schedule an appointment, the Gentle Groomer is the only place I would take my Bichons. The staff is friendly and well educated about dog care. They are very sensitive to the needs of foster care and shleter dogs. They are well priced for the amount of detail and care that they give. I would reccomend them to any dog owner. more

Robbye The Gentle Groomer is a great place to take your pet. The staff is very caring and gentle with your pet. The prices are reasonable and they have pet supplies available to make one stop shopping for your pet. PROS: great service,caring staff CONS: may have to wait for appointment more
