Receptionist was rude and now welcoming at all. She acted as if waiting on me is an imposition. I invest a lot of money at this vet's office and I do not appreciate unfriendliness and how they see you come in and don't speak. RUDE! \r
Also, taking my dog to the day care for the first time,she says, "this one (instead of her name) is going to the back &\r
I guess I have to set up all of these papers (which I brought in except the release in. Well, I guess you do if she is new!!!!\r
I was not oriented to where my dog would be going, etc\r
.The response in turning my dog over to the handler was pitiful.\r
Some of the staff are very nice & the doctor who sees my pets is great!!!!\r
Improvement on customer skills at the receptionist desk is greatly needed!!!!
