This place is by far the WORST place I have ever lived and it all comes down to management. Office staff is both rude and clueless. If you have a maintenance request, you have to continually hound them until they finally gets around to getting stuff done...and when they finally do send someone, its never on the day they said it would be and rarely is the issue ever really resolved 100%. Right now my refrigerator barely works and each time they come out and just clean the coils...I have cheese that melts in the fridge, etc. but then sometimes, things like lettuce freeze. The temperatures are so random that I don't feel safe keeping more than just a day or two's worth of food in the fridge which is super inconvenient most of the time since I work a lot and odd hours and don't always have time to make 5 trips to the grocery store each week. The interior isn't the worst but it isn't the best either. The cabinets' fake wood stuff peels off all the time and things are just generally run down--inside and out. You can pay more to have one of their ""updated"" apartments but those hardly seem worth it for what you get. On top of that, their description still says they have TWO pools. I've been there over a year and they've never had more than one pool open. They were doing work/bulldozing on the other pool this summer but it was never opened and from the way it looks now, it may never open. In addition, this place has some very, very shady tenants. The other night my neighbor had to call the police because his car tag was stolen from his car. A month or so ago, some guy exposed himself to people at night around the mailboxes. People around here also let their kids and their dogs run around wild. There are people who use the apartment as their own personal back yard and just let their dogs out to run around and poop all over everything. The ones that do walk their dogs on leashes rarely, if ever, pick up after their dogs even though the apartment does provide many dog waste disposal garbage baskets all around the complex (though getting someone from the office to actually empty them is, once again, like pulling teeth) so the whole place smells like dog poop. And if you like walking or running, etc. in the morning or evening, or if you yourself have a dog you like to walk or if you have children that like to play outside, BEWARE of the fact that pretty much everyone drives way faster than they should and rarely look where they are going so you have to be extra careful. You can complain to office staff in a nice way or a firm way or any which way you please. Nothing ever changes or gets better. I cannot wait until my lease is up and I can get out of this ghetto nasty place. I pay my rent on time or early each month and live up to my end of the lease. The management here could care less about doing anything for their tenants, much less just the bare minimum because you don't even get that at this place. Thinking of moving here? Think again. Keep looking. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
