When we first moved in it was good and then management started changing and nothing was getting done. We complained over and over again about the tenants above us because they have 2 dogs and other animals and were washing all animal waste from their patio which landed on our patio. We couldn't go outside because of the animal waste which was unbearable. They were told for about 10 months and nothing was done. We also had problems with our stove with the front burner not working which caused a short and the electricity went out. When we called to report it they laughed and asked if we paid our light bill. They also were told about the roach infestation that we had and nothing was done about that. When we first moved in they said they were fixing the tennis courts and still nothing. They also said we had a car wash. Yeah right!! We had a hose to wash our car that the water didn't even come out. They were easy to ask for the rent money but are not ready to fix anything. I can see why they have so many empty apartment buildings.
