I went to River Oaks detox to purify my body of toxic buildup by soaking my feet in a tub of ion charged water. I'd read online that this is chemically impossible, but I was stubborn enough to try it anyway. IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!! You sit there in an uncomfortable massage chair, soak your feet in a bucket of epsom salt water for 20 minutes, and watch the water turn different colors. The variety of materials produced are actually from a chemical reaction between the salts and the rods used to generate the current. To top it off the attendee then dumps this ""toxic"" water down the drain and fills up the bucket for the next person. The place smells, and I wouldn't go back there if they paid me.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Detoxing through the feet is impossible
