The service area, partially visible from the waiting room, appears sparkling clean. The service itself was excellent, with certain extra items suggested with no high-pressure to purchase. A request for an estimate on some body work was given in minutes; it was reasonable...and, again, there ws no pressure to purchase. The waiting room itself is extremely clean and comfortable (it's obvious that special care is even taken with the reading materials, since they are in great condiiton, even tho' most appear to be at least a couple of years old...a minor and rather humorous ""flaw"", and the worst i could think of).Vincent Trainor, Operations Manager, could not have been more courteous or kind. Even the young service rep who brought my car around when it was ready was friendly and even complimentary about my messy little car. All in all, the best automotive service experience i've had in many a year!\r
