Purchased a 2009 Pontiac G3 for my son and the dealership and staff were awesome. The vehicle was certified, looked and runs great and gets great gas mileage which we needed with the cost of my son s college tuition. Jerry was great to work with. My son has also had his vehicle serviced at Ritchey and the staff is always friendly and accommodating for him and his college schedule. Would definitely recommend Ritchey Autos to my family and friends. more

Test drive gone wrong 8/15/2011

I went to Ritchey Cadillac to test drive a car. I really liked the car, but I was not ready to purchase the vehicle as I was just car shopping to find a car that would suit me. I allowed the car salesman to take a look at my credit history to see what my credit score was. I was not ready to make the purchase at the point in time, so I never made any arrangements for a trade in value of my current car nor discussed the final purchase price of the car I test drove. A month later I started to receive loan documents from 4 different banks. The dealership had taken it upon themselves to apply for car loans on my behalf. My credit score is now lowered and I have the headache of receiving loan documents at my place of employment. Do not test drive a car here because it will turn into more than just a test drive. more

Car repair scam 5/21/2011

I brought my 2002 SL2 Saturn in for service to check about a possible oil leak. When I drove the car away, I started noticing that the accelerator was sticking, "coincidentally" just after I left the dealership. When I returned, I was told that there was some buildup that needed to be cleared out. While waiting for the car to be repaired, my girlfriend was able to hear at least two other service customers being told that their cars had the same issue.\r \r The service folks at Richey Autos are currently running a typical car repair scam--and not a very clever one at that. My hope is that soon we are going to be hearing all the grisly details on the local TV news. more

9 MONTHS PREGNANT & SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BAD TIRE ROD & BAD AXEL 9/3/2010

9 MONTHS PREGNANT i bought a 2000 Buick LeSabre from Ritchys Auto- salesman Jessie....sold me a car with an axel that is NO GOOD & a tire rod that is NO GOOD. My fault for not getting the car up to speed when test driving, i would have caught the shake in the wheel then. My year of savings, was for a car that i had to turn around & spend additional money for a new tire rod... & i can't even fix the Axel cause the price to fix that i cannot afford- now, having a newborn baby- that i drive around in a car that when i get uo to 40 mph the wheel shakes uncontrolably. I just purchased a 2008 CTS Cadillac from Ray Eckert and was very pleased with the service and help by Ray. He explained carefully the features of this car and made it an enjoyable experience. So far everything has gone well I meet my service Consultant Don Webb which help me with getting my Auto Butler done, I was not to thrilled with the Clown Car they stuck me Until my Auto Butler was done. \r One other point was i went in to the Parts Dept. to get a chrome license with the Cadillac Logo, they seem to be put out and told me to go to the Mall or Flea Market .\r Besides that my Buying Experience was good and I would Do business with Richey Again . more
