George's & RIta's Cleaners are owned by the same person, I would not recommend using either. Rita's ruined 2 of my husband's white Zenga Couture shirts. Theresa who manages both places has very poor customer service and is the person who handles the customer dry-cleaning issues for both stores. She first tried to act like she wasn't Theresa (herself), then she tells me to return with the shirt receipts and she will help me. When I return she tries to tell me she has nothing to do with Rita's and will not give me the owners information to try to resolve the problem. I know she is lying because the guy who works the counter at Rita's is the ONLY NICE & TRUTHFUL employee I have encountered. Each time I've been to see Theresa, she tries to help other customers who walk in after me before helping me like I do not matter. How does a business based on customer service not take responsibility and lie to your customers?
