Best sushi hands down in boca raton and surrounding areas. Owner takes pride in buying, creating, and serving the freshest fish. more

Food was good but the service was terrible. Restaurant was quite empty and had to wait it be served. Almost walked out. Servers were rude and did not pay attention to us until it was time to pay the check - then our best friends. I'll not go back. There are too many good sushi restaurants to not be treated well..... more

Absolutely loved loved loved the sushi here !\r Chef Mike has a flair with the fish that will definitely be appreciated by true sushi lovers.\r He made us a colourful plate of Scottish salmon sashimi served 3 ways to start. One had black truffle oil drizzled on top, one had some mango bits and truffle salt another had crab floret decorations and crunchy phyllo bits amongst other things....the whole plate was simply divine !! We were then treated to a plate of white tuna sashimi in warmed white truffle oil/ ponzu sauce with thinly sliced jalapenos on top...this was magnificent !! The 3 rolls we had all were fabulous and filled and topped with crazy amounts of fresh fish. Loved the option of brown rice too as it adds a toasted layer of flavour to the mix. The Jumbo soft shell Maryland crab was also cooked to perfection. Don't have one bad thing to say about our time here last night. Service was prompt and very friendly. Will be back again sitting at the sushi bar taste testing all Chef Mike's secret recipes very soon !! more

I have been frequenting area Sushi restaurants for over 20 years. There is no doubt that you will consistently be served great food and the wait staff is always friendly and pleasant. Head and shoulders above the rest. more

My husband and I eat at this restaurant often. Yes, it is usually crowded and tables are very close to each other....and yes, service is a not lickety-split for sure. But the food is fantastic and in our opinion, some of the freshest sushi in the Boca area. The owners and the wait staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always running around and probably could use additional staff, but if you go in with the attitude that your just gonna relax and take your time, I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the food! more

HORRIBLE SERVICE & BROWN SASHIMI\r \r I've been to this restaurant before, and vowed I would never go again, because last time I ordered a Sashimi plater, several of the pieces exhibited signs of rancidity (brown streaks through the flesh, overly fishy smelling pieces that I know shouldn't be that strong smelling, etc). The service was subpar, even by South Florida standards. The seating was also very cramped - this can be somewhat acceptable if the restaurant was either very affordable or very good - this restaurant is far from either.\r \r I returned, to this horrible place because of a starving girlfriend wanting some hot udon soup and we were driving by it. We just wanted some hot udon soup - in my mind they couldn't screw that up. After a somewhat long wait with all the servers being in lala land, we were finally seated. Our drinks and (cooked) appetizer ordered, when we were TOLD TO MOVE because we were seated in reserved seats. Note: I am saying "TOLD" we were NOT ASKED - they simply stated we had to move, the dopey waitress picking up our drinks and moving them to another table without even saying "sorry for the inconvenience". This restaurant takes service on a whole new low.\r \r Long Story - Short = Don't visit this restaurant. more

For a quaint, asian-inspired (duh) joint, they have some of the BEST sushi I have EVER enjoyed. Besides having amazing and creative rolls, their seafood salad appetizer is a phenomenon. Also, their entree: Hong Kong Noodle with shrimp & chicken? Superb: light, delicious, flavorful and quite a value. There's a reason I eat here at least once a week. more

I consider myself a expert on Sushi. Although a little pricey, the reseraunt has a great menu, fresh food, and decent atmosphere. I thought it was silly to sit at the Sushi Bar and Face Bottles of wine more

The food was mediocre and the restaraunte was very small. this place is under staffed and packed with tables that are too close to eachother. Great décor, bad restaraunt!! more

Excellent for adventurous sushiphiles and novices alike. Bring your appetite and ask for Mike's Tasting Menu. Yellowstone roll is a symphony of flavor that never disappoints! more

Really interesting and novel menu. Duck & strawberry salad is a good example of unexpected items. Kids can feed koi after dinner more
