I would not recommend this tux shop. Rik was disorganized from the start. It took several emails and phone calls each time to get him to respond back and correct mistakes he had made.
Despite the fact that I sent the measurements to him and his associate 1 month in advance, they lost them and didn't notify me until a day before the fitting. At the fitting, they had the wrong size shirt, but were able to get the correct shirt to another groomsman later that day. This was the sole positive experience with Rik.
Unfortunately, Rik forgot to include buttons and cuff links with the tux. I found out at the wedding that another groomsman was also not provided with cuff links and buttons. He, too, was given a shirt that didn't fit and didn't have enough time to get to Rik's alteration shop, so the groomsman had to wear a regular dress shirt. Not cool.
Even returning the tuxes was an exercise in frustration. Rik said he would provide labels to the groomsmen to ship the tuxes back to rental company he uses. It took 3 emails and 2 text messages to remind him to send us the labels. He initially sent 2 labels for returning 7 tuxes. When we reminded him there were 7 tuxes, he said he thought only 2 guys would be returning them for the rest of us. Facepalm.
This was the worst experience with renting a tux I've had. If you rent from Rik, know going in that you're going to have to micromanage him to get even the most basic things accomplished, and sadly, you won't be able to trust him to get things right the first time.
