Unethical & Unprofessional... Of course, he doesn't seem that way when things are going well, but I have a dear friend who thought he was the best thing since sliced bread-- perhaps even an answer to her prayers-- until the house she purchased from him was foreclosed on. The home was not foreclosed on because she failed to make the payments. Quite the contrary-- she paid on time to Mr. Benns who failed to ensure that the home payments were made. He may be able to point to other ""happy"" consumers (of which my friend was one at one time), but that doesn't eradicate the fact that he caused a woman who did everything right to be homeless.
