2003 Toyota Tacoma Repairs 2/16/2011

I chose Rick Warner based on a google search of "best Toyota auto body repair Salt Lake Valley". The highest rated per customer review was Rick Warner...that is what made my decision and I wasn't in the least bit disappointed in making that choice. I really loved the photo updates of how work was progressing, and Greg was a pleasure to work with over the phone. My only complaint was that every time the truck was almost finished, more steering and frame damage was discovered. But in the end I'm actually thrilled that these details weren't overlooked and the peace of mind knowing that everything was checked out thoroughly and the problems were quickly addressed. I would absolutely recommend Rick Warner. RESPONSE FROM Rick Warner Body Shop: Thank you Jason, we do our best to make sure the car is right when it leaves the shop. Sorry we had the suspension issues, but it is good to catch them long before you are driving away in the car. more

It would have been nice to have all the functions related to the repair tested. There were some electrical issues that took extra time to resolve and I was without the car for an additional two days. more

We have used Rick Warner twice now. The first time they did such a great job that when we needed cosmetic work done on a car we went back to them for a second time. They did a very efficient job and were very helpful. The first time we used them they replaced a window that had been smashed, my car had been broken into, and the second time they did a large cosmetic project on my husband's car after an accident. His car looks great, better than I was expecting. It is quality work. more

Amazing all the way around!!! 12/30/2010

They kept us very well informed and the vehicle was beautiful when we picked it up. Typically in these types of situations you are suspicious of what the insurance companies might "try to short you on", but we feel we got our car back exactly as it was before it was damaged and the staff at Rick Warner made the experience a borderline pleasure (all except the whole "accident" thing)!!! more

Rick Warner Body Shop has worked on probably 5 or 6 of my cars over the past 10 years. They have performed body repair on several of my cars, some more extensive than others, and they quality has always been great. They are very reasonable and they are usually done when they say they will be done. Also, you do not have to worry about anything being taken from your cars. I am very happy with their work. I needed the work done expediently, and they did it. 11/16/2010

I was recommended to Rick Warner Body Shop by my company, it was a company vehicle, and I needed to get the car done quickly. I was heading out on a trip, so the work needed to be done expediently, and they did so. They actually got the car out 6 hours earlier than they needed to, so I was very pleased with their customer service. The vehicle looked like it was new, so like it was supposed to. I don't know how much they cost, but other than that, Rick Warner Body Shop was good to work with. more

I have been really impressed by Rick Warner Body Shop because they have such great customer service. They treat their customers nicely. They get the work done when they say, and they do it right. They worked well with my insurance. The experiences have been as seamless and pain free as auto body work can be. I have used them multiple time, and I love that they show pictures of the progress on their website. They are fair, honest, and do great work. I would recommend them to anybody. more

I have used Rick Warner Body Shop a number of times over the past 10 years for both personal and work vehicles. They have done a number of vehicles for me, and they have always done a wonderful job. Not only do they do the work, but they make sure the vehicle is returned with a nice wash job and clean interior. They have done very little mechanical repairs when doing the body work, but what they have done was done well. more

Simple fender bender 8/25/2010

Rick Warner Body Shop made the entire process easy for me to get fixed and back on the road. I don't have many experiences to compare against, however being in a rental car for one day is a success in my book. In the event I need them again, I will be calling them. P.S. They did buff out a scratch on the side of my truck while they detailed it. I was truly surprised how well my truck looked. more
