The splash guard protecting the front of the engine was replaced a while ago. It recently came loose and I touched the bolt through the plastic hole. I requested the rep to have the mechanic secure the splash guard. The rep came to me and said I broke off a piece where the bolt goes and the bracket cost $1000.00 to replace. The mechanic showed me where it broke off and the rep said this is where I broke the part. I did not have the time to deal with the young rep. But he did blame me for something I did not do (I believe the mechanic broke it off when trying to secure it, but I did not watch him do it.). I asked the mechanic to Zip tie the splash guard and he did. Not happy about young rep giving me the run around and treating like I do not know cars. I was an auto mechanic from high school and an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force for 20 years. I am a disabled Vet. more

Excellent Service as Usual 2/1/2016

I have been taking my 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T to Rick Case for all of its maintenance for many years now and overall I am very happy with the experience (from their professionalism all the way through to the quality of work and expense). I look forward to many more years with them (especially since I just bought a second Sonata!) more

Some concerns not resolved 1/21/2016

As part of general service I also asked to remediate the rattle noise, which was resolved by moving my sunglasses per the dealer, problem is still there. Also the trunk not opening 100% of the times was marked as working as expected. more
