Need to have a better system to take on appointment vs walk-in customers. Im instead of having an appointment had to wait over 40 mins to check in for the service... Otherwise it was good more

I am very happy with the service I receive when my vehicle needs to be service. My service adviser, Tony, gives me his full attention and makes me feel special. He keeps me informed as to the servicing status on my vehicle. more

I have been dealing with my favorite service guy Ernest for as long as I've owned my Sonatas (2) and he always makes sure that I leave the dealership satisfied with the service provided. I love Rick Case and would never take my car anywhere else to be serviced. more

Went in with dead battery. Battery wasn't available in store but a tech made a trip to another facility to get one. A long wait but that was understandable. I left with a new battery. more
