Brake Issues with 99 Camry 1/24/2014

My wife's car was having braking problems and she was afraid to drive it. It was a problem I never would have known about or what to do with; they did a great job on the repair, kept us informed on the progress and reviewed all that they did when we picked it up. I would never take my cars to anyone but Rick Allen's as they are honest and professional in all aspects of their work. Ray more

Rick Allens is a great establishment. They are honest and upfront. They will work with you on options for large repairs. I have 4 automobiles, none with mileage under 150k, I've been a customer for ~5 years now and I trust them with all of my auto service business. more

Mike definitely knew what he was talking about as far as my catalytic converter went and his recommendation to get an engine cleaner was spot on. My check engine light hasn't come back on and my fuel mileage has improved. Thank you so much! more
