I live in Wisconsin. I was looking for an Infinity I-30. I found one advertised on the Internet from Richland Motors. I called the company and talked to Jeff. He sent me many extra detailed photographs so I could evaluate the car better. I also ran the title on Auto Check. I purchased the car long distance without even having looked at it. I flew my daughter into Cleavland to drive it home.
The entire process was very smooth. I found the general condition of the car to actually be better than what was represented. I was overall very pleased and found the process very easy.
The only thing I didn't quite agree about was the tread wear of the tires. I asked for a qualitative estimate, next time I will ask for something more objective, like putting the head of a penny into the grooves of the tire and then reporting how deep grooves were on the penny. But tires can easily be replaced, I am happy with the car overall, and would purchase it again.
