My saleslady did not know the product hardly at all. When I asked questions about the Pilot I ended up purchasing she referred me to some literature. Worst of all, when I referred a friend of mine to the same saleslady, I was promised a $50 referral fee upon his purchase. 6 months and three calls later I still never got it. Conversely, I would give the highest marks to the service department - they are fabulous. The sales staff I dealt with (including the Finance manager) resulted in a negative experience due to their lack of knowledge about their products and their tactic of dragging our purchase on for hours due to pushing their extended warranty. The one positive I would say about the sales staff is that they were very friendly and nice.
