Don't be fooled by the box mall surroundings, restyle. is fabulous. On my first visit to restyle., I bought the a Betsy Johnson blouse for $12 -- I was hooked. I am a Shopper, capital ""S,"" and this little boutique has never failed to fill my fix for a last minute dress, top or whathaveyou for any occasion. (And for cheap! I am broke; cheap works!) I have a growing collection of designer and boutique purses I got at this store. The selection is seriously great.\r
I am sorry that misshays had a bad experience, but I it definitely isn't the norm at restyle. I always get a smile, conversation and helpful steering toward items of interest. Misshays says she doesn't have a problem, but then felt she had to come on this Web site and write a bad review for a great store because they couldn't go by her time-frame after their computers were off and the till accounted for. That doesn't even sound like the same store to me.\r
My experience? The owner, Nancy Coy, she of the bright spiky hair, is a truly wonderful lady that has always taken time to let me shop long after the store is supposed to be closed -- like last Friday, for example. She suggests items of interest, always e-mails me about sales, and offers a read smile and quick advice about how you look in an outfit. She has never been rude to me, nor have any of her people. As a long-time shopper of consignment stores, this one has the BEST customer service in town that I've experienced. Try getting them to so much as smile at you at other places, much less help you pick out an outfit or have a conversation. I know the people in the shop at restyle. is one of the reasons I love going back time and time again. (Well, that and the cute purses.)
Pros: great selection, prices are ridiculously cheap, customer service rocks -- a gem!
Cons: they sold the jimmy choo bag i wanted to get (i knew i should have put it on hold!)
