I like Restoration Hardware items, I really do. I like their style and merchandising. But what don't I like? Well I can't stand their hefty markups and indifferent salesclerks, who won't give you time of day and aren't even friendly, who look down on you if you aren't dressed up and hailing from a luxury car. (Here's a tip, employees get 40% discounts on everything... doesn't that make you wonder how much money they make on each item?) This store sells a lot of little luxuries that make your house look classy. They have door knockers and numbers, towels and dryer sheets that smell great, lighting and curtains, even furniture! The store is very much like new; it's like shopping in a house. They constantly refresh. (Hey the store looked great but then they remodeled- not even seven years old.) Everything is nice and parking is a pain. Not my favorite place to shop.
