I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and asked to have spinach added to it... I received and was charged for an entire large side of spinach prepared with garlic and oil. Then, the delivery man shows up unable to give change for my $40, and it took numerous calls and over 2 hours to have my change re-delivered, only to still be short $2! A manager called and was argumentative about the spinach problem and assured me my change was on the way. As a former restaurant manager myself, I was shocked they didn't just refund my money for the $5 item, both for my inconvenience and my order history with them. That $5 comp could have showed me they cared, but instead it was an insight on their customer service, or lackthereof. Even after that call, my money never showed up and I had to call an hour later to check on it. I will miss their food but I wouldn't return my business after being treated this way. Good food but if anything goes wrong, don't expect to be accommodated.
