They pick up my commercial dumpster once weekly, like clockwork, and have never missed a week in almost two years. I signed a contract to lock in my "new customer rate", but every couple of months the price still changes. I get an increase for this, or that, with an explanation, but it is still OK pricing, average. Their service is great, but the pricing is getting up there. Their customer service is pretty good, readily available, and usually able to answer my questions right away, or call me back in an hour or less.
